The Design finestra LG screen-filling-Smartphone cradle concept. The advantage is that you can manipulate the screen to display an image as a display window and enjoy the different scenery. What we have here is a display with charging cradle and the ability to synchronize with a smartphone so you can access your social sites at whim. Phone beams exit the virtual keyboard for easy navigation.

Conceptual mobile phone for the music enthusiast who seeks to interactively capture, edit and share sounds. The Ondo concept enables OEMs to visualize a new form of user interaction for mobile phones. Going beyond software-based solutions of other products, it is specifically designed to effectively collect pure sounds and is specially constructed to create a tactile sound editing experience. Like a portable recording studio, “Ondo” makes mixing tracks easy, because each “stick” picks up isolated sounds from each individual instrument. Made from form-sensitive flexible materials, the “Ondo” allows the user to modify recorded sounds by physically twisting and bending the device.

Amazing concept of the railway infrastructure of the future. Efficient operation of old and new. Two trains move in one direction, or may move in different directions. As well as trains rush through the old familiar railway. So, the Eco Drive Monorail (EDM) will expand the existing rail network which has struggled to keep up with high demand at peak commuter times. It offers a range of environmentally friendly technologies and innovative design features. Will the reality of this concept remains to be seen.

The camera enables user to participate in the process which becomes much more interactive. A customer can shoot the picture step by step usingthe lens as the brush. First of all you make a so called preshot and then you fix different areas withthe help of lens. Partly the control is managed by squeezed aluminium plates and partly – by thetouchpad on the plate upward. There are no buttons with constant functions on the corpus excluding the power button. All the rest functions are available on the outer device – communicator.

The William – concept

The William is the next evolutionary step in modern kitchen cooking — utilizing the full surface area potential of a stove-top. When pots and pans are placed on The William they are automatically detected by the Honeycombs that then produce a uniquely heated Signature with corresponding controls on a touch screen interface. Each Signature is defined by the active Honeycombs that fill the entire bottom surface of cookware to ensure a perfectly even heat distribution.

New signatures are assigned a number and are visually represented in 2 areas of the Control Panel; the Visualizer and the Heat Controller. This allows the user to interact with, and control, each new Signature and access signature-specific information like temperature, time span, and weight. The user also has the option to set custom Auto functions. Of course, The William also has a clock, a timer, and beautifully displays date and time which are regular functions users expect from any stove-top.

NARQ – Roadside Drug Testing Instrument

The NARQ system is used in roadside environments by police officers to screen motorists for illicit drug use. The system includes a disposable saliva collection cartridge and swabbing pad, as well as a handheld analysis instrument. The officer instructs the motorist to remove the green swab from the cartridge to collect a sample; once collected, the officer then inserts the entire cartridge into the instrument to trigger an automated analysis, which can detect the presence of up to 8 different drug types. Advanced UV detection technology allows fast, accurate results in just 2 minutes, relayed to the OLED touch screen.

Hush is a noise cancellation device designed for the urban dweller living in an urban environment. Population density in urban areas has been steadily on the rise and is predicted to grow in the future. With More people are moving into these urban areas living spaces will be closer together and noise pollution will become a bigger issue.

This product delivers some peace and quiet to those having issues with unwanted noise in their area. The product mainly lives on the nightstand or bedside table but can be located in any area of the apartment were silence is desired. Hush can completely cancel out sounds from annoying neighbors or if you want it can play media off of your mobile device by simply setting it on the product. You can play your favorite music, sounds or sync your alarm through Hush as it also charges your mobile device. Directional speakers limit the sound the user instead of your neighbors. The wooden half of the products is a place for your books or glass of water and gives the product a more natural and personal feel. Hush also features a glowing light as your alarm goes off to ensure a peaceful wakeup.

A new concept project by korean design and development studio psychic factory,
‘droplet traffic light’ imagines a future where time spent waiting at red lights is not wasted away. The device is modeled on the standing style of traffic light. After turning red, the light swivels its LED displays to project news headlines and useful information such as the weather or time. Shortly before turning green, the display switches again, and the device returns to functioning as a normal traffic light. The device retains an appearance similar to conventional traffic lights.
