Electrolux Mobile Kitchen uses induction cooking technology and has 4 induction rings in different sizes to save extra energy depending on what you’re cooking and the size of the pan you need. It’s portability is defined by user needs, whether is outdoor camping or home preparing delicious meals. Inspired by notebook computers, Electrolux Mobile Kitchen has futuristic design and form that allows users to combine and multitask in small workspaces. With Electrolux Mobile Kitchen you can video call your friends and they can help you and guide you through the cooking.

The base is a induction cooktop, there’s a cutting board and a touchscreen computer with all your recipes which will make your cooking fun and more interactive. It also has a large battery to power your cooking when needed.

The William – concept

The William is the next evolutionary step in modern kitchen cooking — utilizing the full surface area potential of a stove-top. When pots and pans are placed on The William they are automatically detected by the Honeycombs that then produce a uniquely heated Signature with corresponding controls on a touch screen interface. Each Signature is defined by the active Honeycombs that fill the entire bottom surface of cookware to ensure a perfectly even heat distribution.

New signatures are assigned a number and are visually represented in 2 areas of the Control Panel; the Visualizer and the Heat Controller. This allows the user to interact with, and control, each new Signature and access signature-specific information like temperature, time span, and weight. The user also has the option to set custom Auto functions. Of course, The William also has a clock, a timer, and beautifully displays date and time which are regular functions users expect from any stove-top.

Having just celebrated my second wedding anniversary, my single days are (touch wood) behind me. As such, the Electrolux Personal Mini Kitchen isn’t the most practical gadget for me, but it sure is damn cool–in a high-tech lunchbox sorta way.

The concept all-in-one mini kitchen, designed by Kai Yu for the “young Chinese generation who live alone”, features everything you’d expect to find in such a device: A heater, a cooler and a tablet PC with Webcam.No joke–with the Personal Mini Kitchen, you never need to eat alone again. Just cook up your food on the rollaway electric-heated silicon mat (specific areas and controls for boiling, steaming, stir-frying, shallow frying or just a quick water boil for a hot bev.), grab your drink from one of the three cooler compartments, load up MSN and chat with other lonely eaters while stuffing your face on the integrated Webcam.
Not sure what to cook or out of groceries? Not a problem. Hit up a recipe or online supermarket site, and with a few smudges on the touchscreen you’ll be sorted.

Taking inspiration from Brazilian snake called Sukuri (Anaconda)that circles and scans its food before swallowing it, Brazilian industrial designer Bruno Oro in collaboration with Electrolux has devised a concept that promises to present before you your favorite food in just fraction of seconds. Dubbed ‘Home Sweet Home’, the device will clone and teleport your favorite recipe with click of a button.

For example, if you want to cook lasagna. You need to keep the food item near a plate and what Home Sweet Home does is, it elongates along the plate and rises vertically to scan the food. After scanning the molecules, it sends the information to its partner-device that helps reproduce the food. Easy, convenient, energy and time saving, this chic device has two parts viz. a wristband and a scanner. If you wish to have the food, you simply gotta place the scanner near your plate and activate it through the wristband. Individuals who are hard pressed for time, Home Sweet Home is a blessing.
