But how strong is the sun in Icy condition??? Can the solar panel absorbs the solar energy??

I have and idea guys! Let’s slap a solar panel onto a backpack, then plug it into and electric blanket, which just happens to be a coat. Its stiff, wirey texture is great for standing around doing nothing… in the cold! An innovative design for replacing normal coats– which still work, by the way.
