The Kure table can be closed as a sphere (looks like a egg) when not in use. It is designed like a flower that opens up to a full-fledged dining table. The table with sphere lighting rises from the center of the table and the the base glows with blue light. A great concept!! I’m keepin’ my fingers crossed

So what is it doing when it is all pushed in? From here it just looks like you have a giant piece of iCrap sitting in the middle of your living room.

I agree. Why would you want a big crappy looking ball in your room? It looks better opened up.

I dunno, I think it would be kinda neat to show off the first time a guest comes over and you open it up. Assuming it opens automatically that is. Probably more for someone who has too much money to spend though.

So, when it’s closed it’s just a huge white blob taking up space. When it’s open it has a great big pole in the middle making it very hard to see/speak to the person opposite you.
Utterly useless design.

Excellent concept for patio furniture, I would purchase. I would like to know the material, dimensions and weight

You’re an utterly useless person.
I have more respect to the person who used their creativity to design something cool like this than someone who sits on their ass all day and criticizes other peoples work.

It’s really cool looking and an interesting design, but I’m really sure how it makes sense.

I’d have to agree with slugsie. If the design is to save space, I don’t think it saves much more space than a regular table. If it’s design is to just look cool then ok. People are out there designing real things that make a difference. This is in no way an innovation or an amazing invention.
