CrucialTech received a patent for the development of intraspeed fingerprint scanners (DFS). The specialists of the organization worked on the technology for 5 years. Smartphone manufacturers are interested in the success of developers, since they long ago want to abandon the fingerprint sensor built into the “Home” button or placed separately on the back panel of the device.
Now CrucialTech completes its technology and prepares materials for obtaining related patents on the structure and algorithm of the scanning program. The company is interested in turning to them vendors that support their idea.
Technology interests many. The invisible scanner, located under the display, is interesting to both the world’s largest Apple brand and the South Korean giant Samsung. In addition to CrucialTech, a transparent scanner is developed by Synaptics. When exactly the announcement of the first device with a new fingerprint sensor will take place, it is not known. It is rumored that in the jubilee model of the iPhone, which will debut in the fall of this year, the technology will be implemented if technical difficulties do not interfere.
